Erik Van Norman Goeddel…single…pitched 3 seasons at the University of California-Los Angeles…made a team high 36 appearances in 2010 for UCLA, which advanced to the finals of the College World Series…allowed one unearned run in 6.0 IP over 4 outings in the NCAA Tournament…2010 teammates included pitchers Trevor Bauer, Gerrit Cole, and Rob Rasmussen… missed his senior year at Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, CA (graduated '07) after being ranked as the No. 2 high school player in the class of 2007 by Baseball America entering the year…was named to the 2006 Aflac All-American team… named the MVP of the 2004, 15-and-under World Wood Bat Association Tournament…his brother Tyler is an outfielder in the CIN organization…made his ML debut with PHI in 2016, batting .192 with 4 homers and 16 RBI in 92 games.
