Dodgers reinstate Uribe from the DL, option Triunfel


LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers today reinstated Juan Uribe (right hamstring strain) from the 15-day disabled list and optioned infielder Carlos Triunfel to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Uribe last appeared in a big league game on May 20 and has hit .303 with 11 doubles, four homers and 18 RBI in 40 games with Los Angeles this season. He made five rehab starts for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga and batted .316 (6-for-19) with four runs scored, two doubles and three RBI, last playing on Tuesday at High Desert (0-for-3, 6.0 innings at third base).

Triunfel appeared in seven games during his call-up, going 2-for-7 with a homer.
