At Class A Inland Empire, Jeff Carter takes over after managing two years at the Rookie level. Hitting coach Franklin Stubbs and pitching coach Charlie Hough return.
At Class A Great Lakes, manager Juan Bustabad returns for his third season, Michael Boughton returns as hitting coach and Chuck Crim takes over as pitching coach after serving in that role at Rookie-Advanced Ogden last year.
At Ogden, Damon Berryhill returns as manager for a second season. Johnny Washington returns as hitting coach and Kremlin Martinez has been promoted from the Dominican Summer League as pitching coach.
At Rookie-Arizona, Bundy will manage and be joined by hitting coach is Leo Garcia, returning from last year, and pitching coach Glenn Dishman, who was a Double-A the previous two seasons. Bundy managed the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate from 2007-08, then served one season as first-base coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
At the Dominican Summer League, Pedro Mega returns for his fourth season as manager, joined by hitting coach Tony Mota, son of Dodgers coach Manny Mota.
Bracey comes to the Dodgers after 36 years with the Padres, where he had been a special assistant to Kevin Towers since 1997. A former Minor League pitcher, Bracey has worked as an amateur and professional scout and Minor League manager.
Hines comes to the Dodgers after one season as the Mariners' third-base coach. He spent 23 seasons with the Angels, the last six as their Minor League field coordinator, and also spent seven seasons managing in their Minor League system.
The 52-year-old son of former Dodgers hitting coach Ben Hines played three seasons in the Padres' farm system. He replaces Mike Brumley, who replaced Hines as Seattle's third-base coach in what amounted to an unofficial job swap.
Staffers from last season not returning in 2010 are Double-A hitting coach Luis Salazar and Rookie-Arizona pitching coach Casey Deskins. Henry Cruz, who had been Ogden's hitting coach, is now director of Campo Las Palmas in the Dominican Republic.
