Dodgers recall Jose Dominguez; option Chone Figgins to Triple-A Albuquerque


LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers today recalled right-handed pitcher Jose Dominguez from Triple-A Albuquerque and optioned infielder/outfielder Chone Figgins to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Dominguez, who has appeared in three games for the Dodgers in two stints this season, last appeared for Triple-A Albuquerque on Thursday, registering a save by retiring the side in order with one strikeout. Overall at Albuquerque, Dominguez posted a 0-1 record with a 3.00 ERA (1 ER/3.0 IP) in three games.

Figgins made nine appearances as a pinch hitter for Los Angeles, going 1-for-6 with three walks on the season.
