LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers will face off against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for two exhibition games at Dodger Stadium Thursday, March 27 and Friday, March 28 at 7:10 p.m. Thursday will mark the return of the Dodger Stadium Express, a complimentary shuttle service from Union Station in downtown Los Angeles to Dodger Stadium. Thursday and Friday, Metrolink will also offer its Rail Series service from Orange County to Dodger Stadium. Dodger fans can take Metrolink train 609 or 689 for $7 round trip on the Orange County Line to see the Dodgers take on the Angels. A special late night train departing L.A. The Dodgers' first preseason game against the Los Angeles of Anaheim is tomorrow at 7:10 p.m. Auto gates, left field and left loge gates open at 5:10 p.m. and all stadium gates open at 5:40 p.m. Parking will be offered at $10 for this preseason series. For the 2014 season and starting Opening Day, the Dodgers will maintain its $10 parking price to fans that purchase parking in advance. The charge for those without an advance parking pass will be $15. The first 20,000 fans in attendance tomorrow will receive a magnet schedule.
Lindsay Owen, a Burbank native and owner of Melodies and Me music classes for children, will sing the national anthem tomorrow. Victor Espinoza, jockey and winner of more than 3,000 career races, will throw the ceremonial first pitch. Espinoza won the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes in 2002. He is scheduled to ride the favorite California Chrome in the Santa Anita Derby, the west coast's final stepping stone to the Kentucky Derby, at Santa Anita Park on April 5. A ceremonial first pitch will also be designated to a Dodger season ticketholder as part of the new Dodger Pride Rewards program. A Dodger Pride Rewards program member will officially start the game with "It's time for Dodger baseball!"

The Dodger Stadium Express will begin at Union Station picking up Dodger fans 90 minutes before the game at the Patsaouras Bus Plaza adjacent to the east portal of Union Station and continue to Dodger Stadium via Sunset Blvd. and Cesar Chavez Avenue. Last season, the Dodger Stadium Express bus service included a dedicated bus lane on Sunset Boulevard to Dodger Stadium. This year, a second dedicated bus lane along Sunset Blvd. leaving Dodger Stadium will be put into service to allow a quicker departure of buses.
