LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers did not tender a contract to Ronald Belisario by Monday night's deadline, making the right-handed reliever a free agent.

Belisario, 30, was 5-7 with a 3.97 ERA last season and made $1.45 million in his fourth season with the Dodgers, his time interrupted by a positive cocaine test that led to him missing the entire 2011 season.

The move leaves the Dodgers bullpen even thinner now that Brian Wilson and J.P. Howell are free agents.

The Dodgers tendered contracts to their other three arbitration eligibles -- Clayton Kershaw, Kenley Jansen and A.J. Ellis.
