Saturday, Dodger Stadium played host to the 51st annual Hollywood Stars game, presented by "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
Rob Lowe ("The West Wing," "Brothers & Sisters"), Larry King ("Larry King Live"), boxer "Sugar" Shane Mosley and Shaun Phillips (San Diego Chargers linebacker) highlighted the group of more than 30 celebrities who comprised the two softball teams.
Honorary captains Orlando Hudson and Randy Wolf led the White and Blue teams, respectively.
The game was filled with some memorable moments including a Web Gem-worthy catch by Jessica Lowndes ("90210"), and what seemed to have been a staged brawl between Lowe and Dave Annable (castmates on "Brothers & Sisters").
While the White team stormed out to an early 3-0 lead after three innings, the Blue team rallied with two runs in the fourth and one in the fifth to even the score.
The game ended in a 3-3 tie when the White team failed to score in the bottom of the fifth inning. Comedian/actor Tom Arnold was named the Blue team MVP, while Mosley earned the honor for the White team.
"This is by far better than being in a movie with our governor," said Arnold, referring to actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger.
While the game ended in a tie, the score seemed to be beside the point as having a good time seemed the No. 1 priority for everyone in attendance.
"I was going to be here tonight anyway," said James Denton ("Desperate Housewives"), who wore baseball pants and socks in honor of the occasion. "It's all about the Dodgers game."
