BALTIMORE -- The injury to Chad Billingsley has forced Dodgers manager Don Mattingly to scrap plans to juggle his starting rotation for the upcoming series in New York that starts on Tuesday night.

Clayton Kershaw will pitch Tuesday night, Ted Lilly will pitch Wednesday night and Hyun-Jin Ryu will pitch Thursday's day game.

Mattingly had considered moving Josh Beckett up a day to Thursday to break up the trio of left-handers. But now he said that won't happen.

Lilly is coming off the disabled list to make the start, his first since last May, having undergone left shoulder surgery (labrum).
