LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers wasted no time putting new pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu to work, scheduling an appearance for the left-hander in Koreatown on Tuesday.
Ryu will appear in the front plaza at Wilshire Park Place/Radio Korea Building, 3700 Wilshire Boulevard, from noon to 1 p.m. PT.
Ryu, who signed a six-year, $36 million contract on Monday, will be the fourth Korean to play for the Dodgers, following Chan Ho Park, Hee-Seop Choi and Jae Seo.
