Dodgers, Grammy Award-winning rock band Linkin Park announce ticket offer

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers and Grammy Award-winning rock band Linkin Park will offer a ticket package, a first-of-its-kind for the Dodgers and Linkin Park, that includes a game ticket (June 29 vs. NYM, 7:10 p.m.) and a digital copy of the band’s fifth studio album “LIVING THINGS” out on June 26 on Machine Shop Recordings/Warner Bros.

The $23 package includes an Infield Reserve ticket and upon purchase, fans will receive a redemption code and a digital copy of “LIVING THINGS” will be available for redemption starting on June 26.

“LIVING THINGS” was co-produced by Rick Rubin (Adele, Metallica) and Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda. Shinoda, a Southern California native and Dodger fan, will attend the June 29 game against the Mets and participate in pre-game ceremonies. Friday Night Fireworks will be set to a Linkin Park soundtrack that night as part of the partnership.

In addition to the release of their fifth studio album, Linkin Park will be performing on the 2012 Honda Civic Tour with Incubus starting on August 11. More information on Linkin Park can be found by visiting www.linkinpark.com.
