Braves at the plate: Adam LaRoche hit a solo home run in the fourth inning. Matt Diaz, who had three hits, singled off Eric Gagne to knock in Ryan Langerhans, who'd doubled, for the Braves' second run.

Dodgers at the plate: Rafael Furcal had two singles and drove in all three runs. Jose Cruz Jr. singled, walked twice and scored twice.

Braves on the mound: Starter Horacio Ramirez allowed two runs over six innings. Peter Moylan allowed the go-ahead run in one inning of work.

Dodgers on the mound: Aaron Sele started for the Dodgers and threw three scoreless innings. D.J. Houlton allowed LaRoche's solo home run. Gagne allowed one run on two hits in one inning. Jonathan Broxton retired the only batter he faced for the save.

Grapefruit League records: Braves, 7-16-3; Dodgers, 12-10-3.
